Provides emergency medical treatment, patient assessments, medication delivery, documentation, and life-sustaining interventions for behavioral health residents. Oversees shift activities, resident safety, movement, and programming while supporting direct patient care and administrative operations. The role requires a valid national or Washington EMT license, CPR/First Aid certification, and completion of medical, company, and facility requirements.

Manages an affordable housing property, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, compliance documentation, maintenance coordination, inspections, financial reporting, incident response, and enforcement of community rules. Supports safe, structured living environments for justice-involved and economically disadvantaged residents while coordinating facilities staff, vendors, and administrative processes.

Operate and set up milling machines and lathes to produce metal parts within tight tolerances. Read blueprints and specifications, perform complex machining operations, program machines, select cutting tools for various metals, and train lower-grade employees. The role works Friday through Sunday from 4:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
