Build territory plans, recruit and train marketers, conduct facility and physician outreach, manage referrals and territory records, and collaborate with operations to improve processes and grow market share.

Manage clinical operations for home health: triage referrals, monitor episodes, conduct field coaching and ride-alongs, ensure OASIS and EMR documentation accuracy, perform performance management and training, support onboarding, conduct quality audits, and assist branch leadership with clinical and operational tasks.

Review incoming home health orders for clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance, take and document verbal orders, perform patient welcome calls and intake triage, document in the EMR, partner with intake and care teams, and escalate clinical or regulatory issues to management.

Manage Medicare home health claims using DDE FISS under PDGM: research and resolve RTP queues, verify eligibility, reconcile 835s, manage commercial/managecare claims, work denials/ADRs, partner with clinical teams to ensure billable readiness, and maintain documentation while protecting PHI.

Lead clinical operations at a home health branch, ensuring quality, compliance, survey readiness, OASIS accuracy, and performance on HHVBP/HHCAHPS. Supervise clinical managers/field staff, run QAPI activities, provide mentoring and competency oversight, and partner with operations on staffing and productivity.
