A ministry residency combining theological education, leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on service across church ministries including Kids, Students, College, Missions, Worship, and Communications. Residents attend classroom training three days weekly and serve in ministry roles two days weekly across Pinelake campuses. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrate a mature Christian faith, agree with Pinelake’s beliefs and values, and complete the application requirements.

Facilitate cross-campus communication, develop resources and tools, and ensure timely delivery of administrative projects and tasks to support recruiting operations and team collaboration.

Develop communication strategies and editorial calendars, support leadership messaging, manage intranet and digital tools, capture organizational storytelling, and collaborate with the Creative Team to produce clear, consistent, and engaging staff communications.
