Teams at Pinelake Church

A ministry residency combining theological education, leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on service across church ministries including Kids, Students, College, Missions, Worship, and Communications. Residents attend classroom training three days weekly and serve in ministry roles two days weekly across Pinelake campuses. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrate a mature Christian faith, agree with Pinelake’s beliefs and values, and complete the application requirements.

An 11-week paid summer internship supporting Pinelake Church’s Kids and Student ministries across assigned campuses. Interns assist with camps, programs, events, weekend services, and ministry activities while receiving leadership training, spiritual development, and hands-on ministry experience. Housing may be available through a host home. Applicants must be growing disciples of Christ, have completed their freshman year of college, and be willing to invest spiritually in children and students.

The Lead Pastor of Missions oversees outreach efforts, cultivates a missional culture, develops strategies, and leads teams while providing pastoral care and spiritual leadership.
