Teams at Pinelake Church

Leads production ministry across multiple church campuses, establishing unified live-production standards, systems, procedures, and team culture. Supervises and develops production staff and campus directors, oversees weekend services and major church events, and supports recruiting, onboarding, discipleship, training, communication, and accountability. Partners with worship technology leadership on equipment needs and future growth while ensuring consistent, effective production execution across campuses.

Leads the church’s recruiting function by partnering with hiring managers, developing job descriptions and postings, attracting and screening candidates, managing recruiting processes and documentation, overseeing the recruiting platform and budget, and supporting intern and resident hiring. Promotes open positions, maintains staffing visibility, recommends candidates, improves hiring workflows, and supervises Recruiting Coordinators and an administrative assistant.

Provides vision, strategy, coaching, and spiritual leadership for the church’s college ministry across multiple campuses. Oversees pastors, ministers, servant leaders, discipleship programs, conferences, outreach, events, curriculum, and ministry development. Supervises staff, manages performance and personnel processes, collaborates with church leadership and support teams, and promotes spiritual, emotional, relational, physical, and organizational health.
