Requires a current nursing license, geriatric nursing experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, knowledge of nursing home regulations, and effective collaboration and organization.

Supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, implement care plans, transcribe physician orders, document resident care, complete assessments, participate in shift reports, educate support staff, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and coordinate replacement staffing when needed.
