Teams at Pine Tree Lodge Nursing Center

Coordinates resident assessments, MDS data submission, care plan updates, documentation reviews, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary meetings, quality reporting, and ancillary data collection in a nursing home. Requires a current nursing license, geriatric nursing experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, knowledge of nursing home regulations, and effective collaboration and organization.

Supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, implement care plans, transcribe physician orders, document resident care, complete assessments, participate in shift reports, educate support staff, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and coordinate replacement staffing when needed.
