Leads accounting strategy and infrastructure across a growing, decentralized portfolio of operating companies. Responsibilities include strengthening close processes, financial reporting, internal controls, IPO readiness, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, treasury optimization, acquisition integration, and accounting talent development. Partners with Controllers, the CFO, and executive stakeholders to standardize processes, remediate control gaps, and drive scalable improvements across the organization.

Lead full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations for manufacturing and finance clients, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data conversion, and go-live. Serve as a functional manufacturing and finance lead, manage implementation workstreams, advise stakeholders, and oversee project deliverables, risks, scope, and timelines. Provide Level 2/3 post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and collaborate with technical and consulting teams to improve delivery methods.

Lead Acumatica ERP solutioning from requirements gathering through delivery. Build customizations, extensions, and integrations; translate business needs into technical designs; oversee and mentor developers; review code and client communications; and partner with architecture and consulting teams on larger engagements. The role is client-facing, remote, and requires strong Acumatica, C#, SQL Server, integration, ERP process, communication, and AI coding-tool expertise.

Lead and unify Sales, Marketing, and Product into a single revenue organization. Define and execute commercial growth strategy, drive new logo acquisition and expansion, build partner ecosystem (Microsoft-focused), implement forecasting and RevOps discipline, recruit and develop revenue leaders, and serve as an external executive face to clients and partners.

Generate new-logo demand for DB’s Sage Intacct ERP practice through high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Build targeted prospect lists using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Structify; conduct calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach; qualify prospects using BANT; identify buyer-intent signals; maintain accurate CRM records; and hand qualified opportunities to pre-sales consultants and account managers. The role is fully remote in Ireland with uncapped commission and growth potential.

Lead Datel’s 24-person sales organisation across new business, account management, sales support, and pre-sales. Build scalable, data-driven sales processes using HubSpot, improve forecasting and pipeline discipline, professionalise proactive account management, drive retention and expansion, and grow recurring revenue. The role includes developing managers, upgrading talent, aligning sales with marketing, and contributing to commercial strategy, ARR, customer lifetime value, and EBITDA goals.

Lead Sage Intacct implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Configure modules and integrations, create reports and dashboards, resolve support issues, and advise clients on process improvements. Manage multiple engagements, communicate project status, collaborate with sales and development teams, and build long-term client relationships. The role is fully remote and requires strong accounting knowledge, communication, organization, and client-service skills.

Lead Sage Intacct implementations from discovery through go-live, including requirements analysis, module configuration, testing, reporting, integrations, training, and client support. Manage multiple projects, maintain timelines and quality, communicate status, recommend process improvements, identify risks, and collaborate with technical teams. The role requires accounting knowledge, ERP consulting experience, strong communication, project management skills, and proficiency with business tools.

Lead ANZ month-end close, review OpCo trial balances, manage regional audits, coordinate tax and statutory compliance, support consolidation to US GAAP, partner with OpCo finance teams, and drive process and control improvements across multiple ERP systems.
