Backed by Pine Services Group, they're looking for a Senior Acumatica Manufacturing Consultant to lead full-cycle Acumatica implementations with a strong focus on manufacturing and finance. This is a role for someone who can take ownership of client engagements, translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on Acumatica consulting experience, strong manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to independently lead projects from requirements gathering through go-live. While the primary focus will be implementation work, approximately 20% of the role will involve Level 2/3 post-go-live support.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities for Acumatica implementations.
- Serve as the functional lead for manufacturing-focused implementations, helping clients optimize production, inventory, purchasing, sales, and related business processes.
- Lead finance-related workstreams, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and project accounting as applicable.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients — understanding their business, challenging existing processes when appropriate, and translating business requirements into practical Acumatica solutions.
- Independently manage assigned implementation workstreams while collaborating with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other consultants.
- Develop implementation plans, estimates, requirements documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Configure Acumatica and guide clients through testing, training, data conversion, and deployment.
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to project leadership and client stakeholders.
- Help manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide Level 2/3 post-go-live support, troubleshooting complex functional issues and helping clients maximize the value of their Acumatica solution.
- Collaborate with internal team members to share knowledge, develop best practices, and continuously improve implementation methodology.
- Maintain Acumatica certifications and continue developing expertise across manufacturing, financial, and related modules.
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of Acumatica implementation and support experience, with meaningful experience in Manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle ERP implementations and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, purchasing, sales, and related operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to lead or contribute to finance-focused Acumatica workstreams.
- Experience working directly with client teams and business stakeholders throughout an implementation.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to independently take ownership of projects, workstreams, and client deliverables.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide effective post-go-live support.
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-moving consulting environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Acumatica Manufacturing certification or other relevant Acumatica certifications.
- Experience with Acumatica Distribution or Project Accounting.
- Experience working for an ERP consulting firm, VAR, or implementation partner.
- Experience leading manufacturing ERP implementations from discovery through go-live.
- Background in accounting, finance, manufacturing operations, or another relevant business function.
- Experience with Acumatica customization, integrations, or technical concepts sufficient to effectively collaborate with technical resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
