Leads accounting strategy and infrastructure across a growing, decentralized portfolio of operating companies. Responsibilities include strengthening close processes, financial reporting, internal controls, IPO readiness, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, treasury optimization, acquisition integration, and accounting talent development. Partners with Controllers, the CFO, and executive stakeholders to standardize processes, remediate control gaps, and drive scalable improvements across the organization.

Lead full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations for manufacturing and finance clients, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data conversion, and go-live. Serve as a functional manufacturing and finance lead, manage implementation workstreams, advise stakeholders, and oversee project deliverables, risks, scope, and timelines. Provide Level 2/3 post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and collaborate with technical and consulting teams to improve delivery methods.

Lead Acumatica ERP solutioning from requirements gathering through delivery. Build customizations, extensions, and integrations; translate business needs into technical designs; oversee and mentor developers; review code and client communications; and partner with architecture and consulting teams on larger engagements. The role is client-facing, remote, and requires strong Acumatica, C#, SQL Server, integration, ERP process, communication, and AI coding-tool expertise.
