Serves as the on-site HR resource for the Sarasota facility, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, policies, compliance, accommodations, leave, and lifecycle processes. Manages investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting support, compensation and benefits programs, organizational changes, HRIS records, workforce reporting, and HR projects. Partners with leaders and the broader HR team to implement consistent practices.

Leads factory-direct PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft sales to government and special mission customers. Develops market opportunities, manages strategic agency and industry relationships, and oversees complex sales from business development through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and closing. Applies government procurement and contracting requirements, forecasts sales, assesses commercial risks, coordinates aircraft configuration and production dependencies, and represents Pilatus at customer meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events.

Develops and standardizes logistics processes for Pilatus’s new Sarasota aircraft assembly line. Responsibilities include warehousing, goods receipt, picking, material flow, line feeding, shipping, inventory control, SAP transactions, KPI reporting, employee training, workload coordination, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the logistics liaison with Production, supports startup and ramp-up activities, and requires international training travel to Switzerland.

Provides first- and second-level onsite IT support for a new aircraft assembly facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, printing, mobile-device, Microsoft 365, and production-floor systems; deploying endpoints and meeting-room technology; administering user access; managing IT assets; documenting solutions; supporting cybersecurity and compliance; and coordinating infrastructure, vendors, and central IT teams. The role includes domestic and international training travel and occasional support outside normal business hours.

Manages full-cycle recruiting from intake through accepted offer for aviation, technical, skilled trades, and professional roles. Develops sourcing strategies, engages passive candidates, conducts interviews, evaluates qualifications, and recommends hires. Coordinates screenings, references, verifications, candidate travel, and onboarding transitions. Maintains applicant tracking records and recruiting reports, manages multiple requisitions, partners with hiring managers across locations, represents Pilatus at career events, and supports recruiting process improvements.

Coordinates industrialization and production-readiness activities for a new aircraft seating program. Maintains project plans, milestones, risks, deliverables, and reporting; facilitates cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management. Supports production ramp-up, APQP, value stream mapping, lean manufacturing, capacity planning, knowledge transfer, governance, and continuous improvement between U.S. and Swiss teams.

Develop, maintain, and improve the aircraft organization’s Quality Management System and regulatory documentation. The role ensures manuals, policies, procedures, and work instructions comply with FAA and EASA requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, leading manual revisions, supporting regulatory and customer audits, conducting internal compliance audits, managing document control, coordinating corrective actions, and driving process improvements across operational departments.

Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and company requirements. Support audits, conduct internal compliance audits, manage document control and CAPA activities, partner with operations to standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement of quality and compliance documentation.

Coordinate and support local SAP operations for the new US assembly line, act as SPOC with central SAP in Switzerland, perform SAP customizing, lead local SAP projects, manage key-user coordination, and ensure system stability during launch.

Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain for an aircraft assembly line, overseeing procurement, supplier management, logistics, warehousing, material planning, and ERP-driven processes. Drive supplier performance, compliance with aviation regulations, KPI-based improvements, cross-functional alignment, and cost control to support production schedules and quality targets.

Manage North American suppliers to meet contractual KPIs, resolve crises with on-site interventions, perform risk analysis and mitigation, and lead cross-divisional procurement projects. Build supplier relationships, track supply chain KPIs, support ERP/MRP and analytics efforts, and coordinate with Swiss and North American teams.

Manage North American suppliers to meet contractual terms and KPIs, resolve crises and execute recovery plans, perform supplier risk analysis and mitigation, conduct short-notice onsite visits, collaborate with internal and Swiss teams, track supply chain KPIs, lead procurement process improvements and cross-divisional projects, and act as liaison between European and North American offices.

Manage and improve supplier quality for North American aerospace suppliers through audits, issue resolution, risk assessments, supplier development, and qualification approvals to support production and customer satisfaction. Participate in supply chain strategy, process improvements, and special projects; respond onsite as needed.
