Serves as the on-site HR resource for the Sarasota facility, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, policies, compliance, accommodations, leave, and lifecycle processes. Manages investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting support, compensation and benefits programs, organizational changes, HRIS records, workforce reporting, and HR projects. Partners with leaders and the broader HR team to implement consistent practices.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations for an aircraft assembly environment, including procurement, supplier management, logistics, warehousing, material planning, inventory optimization, compliance, risk mitigation, and production support. Oversees team leadership, supplier performance, ERP processes, cost control, continuous improvement, and ramp-up readiness while ensuring aviation and export-control compliance.

Manage North American suppliers, enforce contractual and KPI obligations, resolve performance crises, and execute recovery plans. Conduct supplier risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, track supply chain KPIs, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Lead procurement improvement initiatives and cross-divisional projects while coordinating with Pilatus offices in Europe and North America. The role requires short-notice domestic and international travel and expertise in aircraft-industry procurement, lean principles, ERP/MRP systems, and supply chain analytics.

Coordinates SAP operations for Pilatus’s new Sarasota aircraft assembly line. Serves as the local SAP point of contact, manages key users, coordinates with Switzerland’s central SAP organization, supports PP, SCM, QM, MM and EWM modules, performs customizing, leads local SAP projects, and manages defects and requirements. The role requires autonomy, stakeholder communication, process discipline, and several years of SAP S/4HANA experience, with initial hands-on training in Switzerland.

Coordinate industrialization and production-readiness activities for a new aircraft seating program. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, deliverables, meetings, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management. Support APQP, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, production ramp-up, capacity planning, knowledge transfer, governance, and continuous improvement between Pilatus USA and Switzerland.

Manages North American aircraft suppliers, ensuring contractual and KPI performance, resolving crises, executing recovery and risk-mitigation plans, and protecting production schedules. The role develops supplier relationships, tracks supply chain KPIs, improves procurement processes, coordinates cross-functional projects, and liaises between Pilatus offices in Europe and North America. Short-notice domestic and international travel is required for onsite supplier support.

Develops and standardizes logistics processes for Pilatus’s new Sarasota aircraft assembly line. Responsibilities include managing goods receipt, warehousing, picking, inventory control, material flow, line feeding, shipping, SAP transactions, KPI reporting, and compliance. The role coordinates logistics workloads, trains employees, supports continuous improvement and root-cause analysis, and serves as the primary interface with production on material shortages. International training in Switzerland is required during the first 6–9 months.

Manages full-cycle recruitment for aviation, technical, skilled trades, and professional roles. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, coordinating screenings and offers, maintaining applicant tracking records, partnering with hiring managers, managing talent pipelines, and representing Pilatus at career fairs and recruiting events.

Develops and maintains the aviation Quality Management System and regulatory documentation framework. Ensures compliance with FAA and EASA regulations, manages controlled manuals and procedures, monitors regulatory changes, supports internal and external audits, coordinates corrective actions, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement across operational departments.

Leads factory-direct PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft sales to government and special mission customers. Develops markets, manages strategic relationships, oversees complex proposals and contract negotiations, forecasts revenue, evaluates commercial risks, and coordinates aircraft configurations, production, certification, suppliers, and delivery. Requires substantial federal procurement knowledge, aviation sales experience, aircraft systems expertise, and a FAA Pilot Certificate. Represents Pilatus at customer meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, and government events, with domestic and international travel.

Manage customer relations and project execution across Pilatus Authorized Service Centers. Coordinate aircraft service schedules, parts provisioning, inventory, Service Bulletin compliance, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Serve as the primary liaison among customers, internal teams, and external service partners while monitoring service quality, customer satisfaction, and program progress. Lead process improvements and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Travel domestically and internationally less than 25% of the time.
