Prepare internal financial reports and consolidated statements for the Swiss parent; perform month/quarter/year-end close activities; post journal entries and analyses for aircraft and parts sales; maintain fixed assets, inventory, budgets and forecasts; support audits and tax filings; reconcile accounts, process payroll entries, and provide backup to Controller/Assistant Controller; assist with internal controls, government reporting, and training of staff.

The Production Scheduler will plan and coordinate aircraft interior production workflows, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and resource capacity, while monitoring progress and driving on-time deliveries.

Serve as the local SAP single point of contact for Pilatus' Sarasota assembly line: coordinate SAP key-users, manage location-specific S/4HANA customizations (PP, SCM, QM, MM, EWM), lead local SAP projects, coordinate with central SAP organization in Switzerland, and ensure system/process stability during launch.
