Manage federal, state, private, and institutional financial aid programs; counsel students and families; assess applications; administer scholarships; prepare awards and reports; oversee disbursements, refunds, reconciliations, and compliance audits. Develop policies, procedures, and training materials; monitor regulatory changes; support appeals, recruitment, retention, financial literacy, and customer service. Collaborate with admissions, academic advisors, and campus stakeholders while maintaining accurate confidential records.

Oversees student accounts, billing, cashiering, collections, receivables, financial aid posting, refunds, payment plans, reconciliations, aging analysis, and 1098-T processing. Ensures compliance with federal, state, IRS, Department of Education, Single Audit, and PCI requirements. Maintains internal controls, supports audits and system enhancements, manages payment technology relationships, supervises staff, and promotes effective customer service and financial literacy.
