Lead day-to-day field and departmental operations, forecast and allocate resources, manage team development, ensure safety and compliance, drive customer satisfaction and branch profitability, and implement continuous improvement across projects.

Administer and maintain the Cornerstone LMS and related talent modules. Create and manage courses, ILT/VILT sessions, content (SCORM/AICC, video, docs), class rosters, and reporting. Serve as primary user support via KACE, coordinate logistics for training programs, support performance management and succession testing, and produce system documentation and work instructions to ensure accurate, audit-ready learning records.

Partner with HR Manager and branch leaders to deliver full-spectrum HR services: compensation and benefits, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, HRIS administration, and strategic workforce planning across multiple branches.

Support all phases of electrical construction projects under a senior Project Manager. Assist with scheduling, estimating, procurement, billing, resource management, safety, and customer relations while developing project leadership and operational skills.

Supports project managers on electrical construction projects by maintaining documentation, tracking schedules, assisting budgeting and procurement, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, performing occasional site visits, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and communicating with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Serve as an HR business partner supporting strategic HR functions across branches: compensation & benefits, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, HRIS administration, engagement surveys, workforce planning, and compliance with employment laws. Provide consultation, project support, investigate complaints, and help implement HR programs to attract, retain, and develop talent.

Partner with Project Managers to manage project finances from contract review through billing, payroll, collections and close-out. Prepare AIA documents, schedules of values, percent-complete billing, approve invoices, ensure taxability and certified payroll compliance, and support process improvements to keep projects financially sound.

Support development and implementation of safety programs, conduct jobsite visits and inspections, assist with accident investigations and documentation, deliver safety training/orientations, coordinate pre-construction safety planning, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Support GAAP/internal financial reporting and month-end close tasks, prepare branch P&Ls, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial performance summaries. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, job costing, cash flow forecasting, fixed asset maintenance, ERP report development, and audit requests. Contribute to process improvements, shared services, and ad-hoc assignments while participating in professional development and supporting corporate safety values.

Support project operations by coordinating billing, payroll, documentation, vendor/customer communication, and financial reporting across construction job sites. Prepare invoices, change orders, certified payroll, lien waivers, and reconcile job costs while assisting forecasting and project accounting.

Manage construction projects including safety, contractors, staffing, customer relationships, billing/collections, forecasting, budgeting, and personnel development to ensure profitability and growth.

Sell industrial electrical services by developing new business, building relationships with facility stakeholders, conducting site assessments, coordinating proposals with estimating and operations, and managing CRM pipeline. Negotiate and close service agreements, attend industry events, and stay current on electrical codes and technologies.
