Coordinate communication between project managers, field technicians, and superintendents to support all phases of electrical construction projects. Manage permits, inspections, plans, schedules, materials tracking, vendor quotes, purchase orders, billing, and closeout documentation while maintaining organized records, supporting estimating, and promoting jobsite safety and training.

Lead day-to-day field and departmental operations, forecast and allocate resources, manage team development, ensure safety and compliance, drive customer satisfaction and branch profitability, and implement continuous improvement across projects.

Supports development and implementation of safety programs, conducts jobsite inspections, assists accident investigations, delivers safety orientations and training, ensures regulatory compliance (OSHA), helps prepare safety documentation and site-specific plans, and coordinates corrective actions to eliminate hazards and promote a zero-accident culture.
