Coach and develop the team, introduce new product ranges, drive sustainability and promotional activities, and deliver excellent customer service focused on fresh products.

Manage the Fresh Produce department to ensure product quality, availability, merchandising, and food safety while driving sales, margin, and controlling shrinkage. Lead and coach the team, manage stock ordering and rotation, maintain attractive displays, implement SOPs, and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.

Manage daily butchery operations, ensuring food safety and premium meat cuts. Oversee inventory, ordering, waste reduction, sales-driving strategies, and deliver expert customer service. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain quality, compliance, and profitability.
