Supports store operations across departments while developing toward store manager responsibilities. Maintains hygiene, housekeeping, safety, security, merchandise, pricing, stock rotation, and quality standards. Completes administration, analyzes operational information and departmental profitability, manages budgets, implements promotions, minimizes wastage and shrinkage, and advises customers. Requires flexibility to transfer between stores and willingness to complete background and credit checks.

Provides in-store customer service and product guidance while actively pursuing sales opportunities and meeting department targets. Responsibilities include recommending products, maintaining product knowledge and presentation areas, preparing contract paperwork, analyzing sales reports, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with colleagues. The role requires working across stores and supporting sales action plans while demonstrating resilience, persuasiveness, numerical reasoning, and strong customer orientation.

Provides accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis support for a multi-store retail business. Reconciles high-volume POS and SAP transactions, supports audits and compliance, provides commercial insights, and leads a medium-sized finance team. Requires retail or FMCG accounting experience, SAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and financial team leadership.
