Trainee Manager develops store-management skills by rotating through departments and supporting daily retail operations. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, housekeeping, security, merchandise, pricing, quality, stock rotation, and administrative standards; implementing promotions; assisting customers; monitoring budgets and departmental profitability; optimizing stock levels; and managing employees. The role provides a career path toward becoming a store manager and requires flexibility to transfer between stores.

Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP MM and SD for retail and omnichannel operations. Integrate SAP with e-commerce, POS, and warehouse systems; monitor IDocs and batch jobs; troubleshoot inventory, pricing, order, and delivery issues; improve supply-chain and fulfillment processes; translate requirements into functional specifications; support projects, testing, documentation, and user training.

Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate briefs, updates, stakeholders, merchandising, category managers, creative production, quality control, testing, and campaign scheduling. Support marketing strategy development, activity planning, content creation, campaign optimization, and post-performance reporting. Ensure copy, pricing, stock, links, and campaign outputs are accurate while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
