Provide friendly, knowledgeable face-to-face customer service to drive sales. Advise customers on product features, meet monthly/annual sales targets, develop product knowledge, maintain product presentation, resolve customer concerns, prepare sales paperwork, analyze sales reports, and collaborate with team members. May transfer between stores and perform other assigned duties.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable in-store customer service to drive sales. Engage prospects, recommend products, meet sales targets, resolve customer concerns, maintain product presentation, and handle related administrative tasks.

Lead and develop a Fruit & Veg team to deliver quality, freshness, and outstanding customer service. Drive sales, profitability, merchandising, stock management, promotions, and food-safety compliance. Manage scheduling, waste, reporting, SAP transactions, and analyze sales/stock to reduce waste and improve turnover.
