Manage the reliability, performance, scalability, and availability of ClickHouse and PostgreSQL databases supporting a 5G network automation platform. Responsibilities include cluster operations, replication, high availability, backup and disaster recovery, query and storage optimization, infrastructure automation, schema and data-model support, and maintaining test environments.

Provides technical support to global mobile network operator customers, communicating about product issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, supporting deployments, upgrades, features, and fixes, and collaborating on installation, configuration, testing, and integration. The role also requires documenting best practices, participating in team training, and troubleshooting complex issues involving databases, SQL, programming, OSS products, and mobile network technologies.

Leads complex, multi-country mobile network automation and optimization projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include planning, cross-functional and customer coordination, risk and issue management, financial and resource planning, contract and presales support, deliverable acceptance, KPI verification, reporting, and final handover. The role manages distributed teams, stakeholders, vendors, managed services, and professional services while ensuring projects meet contractual, technical, schedule, and budget requirements.
