Lead the testing and quality assurance function across software delivery. Design, implement and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions across customer engagements. Deliver migrations, configure networking/security (VPN, ExpressRoute, Firewall, Entra ID, RBAC, PIM), apply governance, automate with PowerShell and Terraform/Bicep, troubleshoot hybrid connectivity, produce documentation, and participate in customer workshops and handovers.

Lead design and implement Microsoft Purview and related cloud security solutions. Run scoping and design workshops, produce SOWs and technical documentation, collaborate with project management to meet milestones, and diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.

Create and optimise high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, eBooks) to improve visibility, engagement and conversion across search and AI-driven answer engines. Develop content strategies, apply SEO and AEO techniques, use CMS and analytics to measure performance, identify content gaps, and collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing teams to align content with business objectives.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of data modernisation and migration projects. Design data lakes/warehouses/lakehouses and landing zones, advise on data strategy, governance and quality, implement Microsoft/Azure and Databricks platforms, support AI/ML initiatives, run workshops, produce technical documentation, contribute reusable assets, and support pre-sales and practice development.
