Lead end-to-end public sector bid responses from qualification to submission and contract award. Manage tenders, framework competitions and direct awards, build bid plans, write customer-focused proposals, coordinate stakeholders, support commercial pricing, maintain bid collateral, and drive continuous improvement including AI-enabled bid tools.

Create and optimise high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, eBooks) to improve visibility, engagement and conversion across search and AI-driven answer engines. Develop content strategies, apply SEO and AEO techniques, use CMS and analytics to measure performance, identify content gaps, and collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing teams to align content with business objectives.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of data modernisation and migration projects. Design data lakes/warehouses/lakehouses and landing zones, advise on data strategy, governance and quality, implement Microsoft/Azure and Databricks platforms, support AI/ML initiatives, run workshops, produce technical documentation, contribute reusable assets, and support pre-sales and practice development.

Lead and coach a team of Customer Success and Service Delivery Managers to meet SLAs/KPIs, manage escalations and major incidents, run service reviews and reporting, coordinate cross-team delivery and onboarding, build trusted public-sector customer relationships, and drive continual service improvements.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Microsoft Licensing team: prepare licensing cost projections and agreement paperwork, maintain reporting, track renewals and milestones, reconcile licence reservations, assist data validation, support internal tools and stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.
