Provide central operational support for order processing, purchase orders, contract and licensing administration, supplier liaison, pricing maintenance, reporting, renewals, and after-sales issue resolution while ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and process improvement.

Provide pre-sales and sales support for Managed Services: qualify opportunities, produce proposals/tenders, deliver enablement, manage CRM pipeline, collaborate with delivery and technical teams, and contribute to service documentation and improvement.

Deliver Active Directory and Microsoft 365 migration projects using Quest or similar tools. Scope, discover, design, plan and implement tenant‑to‑tenant and AD migrations, manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
