Drive enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data centre sales across NHS customers. Partner with Healthcare Account Managers to engage technical and business stakeholders, understand technology roadmaps, identify and qualify opportunities, lead discovery sessions, coordinate specialist teams, and align solutions with customer objectives. Build customer relationships, support pipeline growth, and provide market and technology insight to the wider Healthcare Sales team.

Supports account teams in identifying, developing, and closing managed services and technology solution opportunities. The role involves customer discovery, solution discussions, vendor collaboration, pipeline management, forecasting, and translating business challenges into technology propositions. It focuses on expanding services within education-sector customers while collaborating with sales, technical, delivery, and strategic vendor teams. A BPSS check is required, and the role is hybrid with approximately two office days per week in Pocklington.

Deploys, configures, and optimizes SIEM, SOAR, and other security tooling for managed security service customers. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, log ingestion, security integrations, SOC infrastructure maintenance, incident tracking, SLA management, troubleshooting, and operational improvement. The role requires collaboration with SOC analysts, engineers, customers, and service teams, with SC clearance and mandatory BPSS screening.
