Manage end-to-end IT procurement: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, onboard vendors, maintain contracts, collaborate with stakeholders, and report on supplier performance and cost savings.

Perform accounts receivable activities including customer master data maintenance, credit control, dunning, write-offs, account maintenance, period closing, bank statement processing, and cash allocation. Ensure compliance with policies, service-level agreements, and quality standards across PHOENIX Europe. Support process improvement, stakeholder management, and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Support bank reconciliations, invoice allocation and processing, post journal entries, and learn AP/AR/GL/treasury processes. Use accounting software (primarily SAP), verify invoice accuracy, assist internal projects, respond to client email queries, and participate in team meetings.

Lead and improve Record-to-Report processes (month-end journals, fixed assets, leases, provisions, intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations). Manage day-to-day GA operations, maintain process documentation and controls, drive automation and continuous improvement, support audits, distribute workloads, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with AP/AR/Tax/Controlling and IT to ensure timely, compliant financial reporting.
