The Process Excellence & Automation Manager drives finance process optimization and transformation, manages automation and AI initiatives, and leads the Process Excellence team to achieve efficiency targets and innovation in a Shared Services environment.

Lead and improve Record-to-Report processes (month-end journals, fixed assets, leases, provisions, intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations). Manage day-to-day GA operations, maintain process documentation and controls, drive automation and continuous improvement, support audits, distribute workloads, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with AP/AR/Tax/Controlling and IT to ensure timely, compliant financial reporting.

Support and troubleshoot on-prem Citrix CVAD/DaaS and cloud AVD environments, manage application/OS patching, resolve single-user and major incidents, follow ITSM practices, and collaborate with application owners and teams.

Perform accounts receivable tasks including customer master data maintenance, cash allocation, electronic bank statement processing, credit control (dunning, write-offs), periodic account closing, process compliance, KPI adherence, efficiency improvements, and mentoring junior staff while managing stakeholder relationships.

Manage end-to-end IT procurement: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, onboard vendors, maintain contracts, collaborate with stakeholders, and report on supplier performance and cost savings.

Support day-to-day general accounting: prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting; perform manual GL postings; support audit and control; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues; participate in process efficiency reviews and automation initiatives.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations: process receipts and electronic bank statements, perform cash allocation, maintain customer accounts, respond to queries, prepare AR reports, support audits, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring SLA compliance.
