Lead international deployment of Basware and standardized Accounts Payable processes across PHOENIX Group countries. Coordinate project plans, stakeholders, workshops, testing, risks, change management, training, go-live, hypercare, and system enhancements. Drive process standardization, automation, and successful adoption while collaborating with global process owners, IT teams, external providers, and local business units.

Three-month paid accounting internship supporting bank transaction reconciliation, invoice processing and allocation, journal entries, AP, AR, GL, and Treasury activities. The intern will verify accounting documents, learn SAP and other accounting software, assist with internal projects, respond to client queries by email, and participate in team meetings. Candidates should study or have studied Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, possess basic accounting knowledge, and be proficient in English and Lithuanian.

Processes bank statements, allocates cash, issues invoices, responds to customer queries, prepares recurring and ad-hoc reports, meets service-level standards, and improves Accounts Receivable processes in an international shared services environment.

Provides second-level support for procurement tools and coordinates third-level issues with external providers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, handling defective purchase order baskets, managing master data and user accounts, responding to written requests, and supporting rollout projects. The role requires familiarity with finance and procurement processes, strong communication skills, IT affinity, customer focus, and proficiency in English. SAP, Basware, German, and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.

Drive data-driven improvements across end-to-end Finance processes using Process Intelligence, automation, and AI. Responsibilities include deploying process intelligence technology, analyzing inefficiencies, integrating and modeling data, building KPI dashboards, advising stakeholders, and developing GenAI and agentic AI solutions. The role collaborates with process owners, program management, and IT while optimizing procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report workflows.

Provides onsite first-level IT support for staff, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, SharePoint, enterprise applications, hardware, and connectivity issues. Sets up and deploys computers and mobile devices, manages Active Directory access, maintains inventory, documents tickets, supports conference room equipment, and assists with basic network infrastructure tasks.
