Process daily payment runs, maintain payment schedules, create and update vendor/customer master data, resolve payment/master-data issues, prepare basic financial reports, support audits, and assist with general finance administrative tasks.

Support bank reconciliations, invoice allocation and processing, post journal entries, and learn AP/AR/GL/treasury processes. Use accounting software (primarily SAP), verify invoice accuracy, assist internal projects, respond to client email queries, and participate in team meetings.

Perform accounts receivable tasks including customer master data maintenance, cash allocation, electronic bank statement processing, credit control (dunning, write-offs), periodic account closing, process compliance, KPI adherence, efficiency improvements, and mentoring junior staff while managing stakeholder relationships.
