This position invites creative responses to questions as part of the application process to join the Phoenix Business Services team.

Support and troubleshoot on-prem Citrix CVAD/DaaS and cloud AVD environments, manage application/OS patching, resolve single-user and major incidents, follow ITSM practices, and collaborate with application owners and teams.

Support day-to-day general accounting: prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting; perform manual GL postings; support audit and control; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues; participate in process efficiency reviews and automation initiatives.
