Supports the Business and Project Development Manager with property acquisition activities, prepares feasibility studies for residential development opportunities, and maintains the database of property and raw land offers. The role requires real estate knowledge, analytical and negotiation skills, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The specialist must be willing to work in Makati City.

Recruit sales team candidates through advertising, interviewing, and placement; maintain the sellers’ database; support internal and external clients; and manage end-to-end training for accredited sales partners, including needs analysis, program design, implementation, and effectiveness evaluation.
