Job Description- To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement,
- To monitor and update seller's database; and
- To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
- To handle end-to-end training process from needs analysis, design and development, implementation,
and evaluation of effectiveness for accredited sales partners; and
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience handling Sales Recruitment and Training from a real estate company.
- Preferably knowledgeable or with experience in SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player and can do multi tasking.
- Detail and customer oriented.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or an equivalent field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience handling sales recruitment and training in a real estate company
- Knowledge of or experience with SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to multitask

- Willingness to work in the Makati area
