Job Description- To provide the necessary support to Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.
- To prepare feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into residential projects.
- To manage the property and raw land offers database.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
- Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Willing to report in Makati city
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy, or a related business field
- At least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry
