Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling registrations, payments, artwork transfers, property releases, account updates, inquiries, ticketing, event support, reception coverage, conference room and gallery maintenance, KYC documentation, and client development tasks. Requires evening and weekend availability during auction seasons, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and approximately two years of client-service experience.

Manages Phillips Hong Kong Dropshop operations across ecommerce, marketing, operations, shipping, and specialist teams. Oversees digital sales calendars, online merchandising, customer inquiries, KYC, billing, inventory, fulfillment, publishing, campaign coordination, expenses, invoicing, reconciliation, and documentation. Analyzes customer and sales data, supports cross-category offerings, coordinates global stakeholders, and ensures drops align with budgets, deadlines, and operational standards.

Supports Modern and Contemporary Art Core sales through cataloguing, research, valuations, condition reports, pricing, sale management, and marketing materials. Builds client relationships, sources consignments, identifies buyers, contributes bids, and participates in exhibitions and industry events. The role may act as Head of Sale, manage sale outreach and lot presentation, onboard cataloguers, and collaborate across departments. Evening, weekend, warehouse, and occasional travel may be required.

Lead European sourcing and sales for Phillips Jewellery, building consignments, private sales and client relationships; prepare valuations and presentations; mentor a small team; represent the company at international fairs and events.

Catalog modern and contemporary art for Hong Kong live and online sales: research, write essays, create condition reports, translate English<>Chinese, prepare property, coordinate specialists, photography and catalogue production, assist exhibitions, logistics, and maintain files/databases.

Support sales administration and help prepare exhibitions and sales. Perform administration, archiving, cataloging, research, essay writing, text translation, and ad-hoc projects to gain professional experience.

Support gallery operations at Park Avenue and Southampton: install/deinstall exhibitions, set up auctions and events, perform light carpentry, painting and wall repair, pack and wrap art, manage cabling and lighting, assist AV and event technicians, move/display plinths and cases, and maintain a safe, clean gallery environment.

Lead curation, valuation, and catalog production for Modern & Contemporary Art auctions; manage pre-sale exhibitions and client development; drive consignments and sales strategies; oversee department P&L, budgeting and cost controls; mentor and supervise auction team members; coordinate marketing, international events, and post-sale analysis to maximize profitability and market positioning.
