Requires evening and weekend availability during auction seasons, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and approximately two years of client-service experience.

Manages Phillips Hong Kong Dropshop operations across ecommerce, marketing, operations, shipping, and specialist teams. Oversees digital sales calendars, online merchandising, customer inquiries, KYC, billing, inventory, fulfillment, publishing, campaign coordination, expenses, invoicing, reconciliation, and documentation. Analyzes customer and sales data, supports cross-category offerings, coordinates global stakeholders, and ensures drops align with budgets, deadlines, and operational standards.
