Supports the movement, organization, availability, transfer, archiving, and restoration of VFX project data and assets. Coordinates client sends, uploads, downloads, physical media allocation, file structures, and naming conventions while collaborating with Artists, Production, Editorial, and IT teams. Ensures data security and confidentiality requirements are followed in a fast-paced production environment.

PhantomFX is hiring VFX professionals with at least three years of industry experience for mid- and senior-level opportunities across concept art, digital matte painting, compositing, lighting, modeling, texturing, motion graphics, motion tracking/rotoscoping, and prep. Candidates should have strong artistic, technical, and problem-solving skills, relevant software proficiency, a portfolio or showreel, knowledge of VFX workflows, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and meet production timelines.

Creates production-ready 3D layouts, camera setups, and scene compositions for VFX projects. Establishes framing, lensing, camera movement, perspective, scale, continuity, and spatial relationships using storyboards, live-action plates, camera data, and references. Collaborates with VFX, animation, modeling, matchmove, environment, and production teams; resolves layout issues, incorporates feedback, meets deadlines, maintains pipeline standards, and supports junior artists.

Create photorealistic visual effects composites using 2D tracking, blue/green screen extraction, rotoscoping, cleanup, and 2D/3D element integration. Participate in client reviews, follow production methodologies, solve creative and technical problems, respond to lead feedback, and deliver high-quality work within timelines with minimal supervision. The role requires strong attention to detail, artistic judgment, communication, teamwork, and at least three years of VFX compositing experience.

Coordinates VFX production and post-production workflows, tracks departmental deadlines, organizes dailies and meetings, maintains production databases, communicates updates across teams, documents supervisor notes, monitors artist progress, supports client deliveries and edits, and helps resolve production issues while managing resources and schedules.

Coordinates VFX production across producers, supervisors, editors, clients, and artists. Tracks departmental workflows, deadlines, resources, notes, database updates, dailies, meetings, edits, and client deliveries. Identifies issues, maintains communication across departments, and supports on-time, on-budget project completion. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, project management, and foundational understanding of live-action and CG visual effects workflows.
