The role requires logistics industry experience, project management expertise, and API/EDI integration experience.

Sells global logistics and freight-forwarding services, manages key accounts, develops new business, and builds strategic partnerships. The role designs customized supply-chain solutions, recommends transportation modes and routing, negotiates pricing and terms, prepares forecasts, analyzes profitability, resolves customer issues, and collaborates with operations and other departments to support customer needs and revenue goals.

Perform market research, competitive analysis, campaign optimization, CRM and marketing automation integrations, SEO/SEM and paid media optimization, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, IT, and product teams to measure and improve marketing ROI.

Manage and optimize inbound/outbound logistics and distribution center operations for a 3PL, resolve transportation issues, oversee carrier management and compliance, maintain metrics and reports, guide logistics staff, negotiate rates, and recommend process and routing improvements to improve cost, timeliness, and sustainability.

Manage truckload shipments and carrier relationships to meet client expectations: route and mode optimization, shipment tracking, discrepancy resolution, pricing negotiation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
