Manage end-to-end import shipments, coordinate with agents and cross-functional teams, process transportation activities, update systems with costs and status, ensure SOP compliance, and provide customers with shipment updates and documentation.

Manage contract logistics operations for a 3PL/freight forwarding environment: oversee inbound/outbound distribution, carrier selection and compliance, performance metrics, WMS/ERP/CRM systems, supervise logistics staff, resolve transportation exceptions, analyze cost and routing, and implement process and risk-management improvements to meet client requirements.

Perform accounts receivable tasks for a freight forwarding/3PL organization: record and reconcile financial transactions, process invoices and payments, prepare reports, resolve discrepancies, and support general clerical and customer-service duties using accounting and logistics software.
