Teams at PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics)

Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, including shipment tracking, proof-of-delivery collection, routing updates, exception reporting, cost accrual, customer communication, carrier claims support, and supplier performance monitoring. The role also supports demand planning, transportation optimization, supply chain process improvement, compliance, and coordination across suppliers, carriers, clients, and internal teams. Variable schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Lead and expand strategic global customer relationships for PGL by driving revenue growth, developing account plans, managing proposals/RFPs/contracts, coordinating global logistics execution, monitoring KPIs, implementing SOPs and continuous improvement, and collaborating with internal teams and carriers to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end international freight forwarding operations: process and track shipments, coordinate with agents and cross-functional teams, update customers and systems, ensure SOP compliance, calculate costs, prepare shipping documentation, and optimize routes for cost and efficiency.
