Serve as a strategic communications partner, turning audience insights and performance data into messaging, planning, and measurement. Collaborate with digital, analytics, program, and leadership teams to translate technical research into clear narratives, set KPIs, refine distribution, support major institutional materials, and promote continuous learning and cross-team alignment.

Lead treasury, banking, cash flow, capital markets, and investment oversight; manage two staff; drive long-term financial planning, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis; ensure controls and compliance; oversee bond financing and investment partner relationships; prepare Board and audit materials; advise senior leadership and implement process and technology improvements.

Provide legal advice to Pew’s program teams on contracting, IP, data sharing, lobbying/ethics, sanctions, defamation, and nonprofit compliance; draft and negotiate agreements; manage outside counsel; conduct legal research and trainings; assess and communicate legal and reputational risks; support domestic and international partnerships and complex transactional projects.

Lead and own the Salesforce CRM platform, Marketing Cloud, and SmartSimple. Manage a team, set roadmaps, design scalable solutions, enforce architecture standards, oversee administration, vendor/contracts, and align platform priorities with stakeholders.

Lead communications strategy for the government performance portfolio, manage a team and consultants, provide strategic counsel, oversee media relations and crisis communications, coordinate integrated messaging across programs, and support senior leadership and stakeholder engagement to advance policy and advocacy goals.

Lead state-level policy campaigns to modernize the electric grid, scale distributed generation, expand transmission and large-scale clean energy. Develop strategy, coordinate partners and consultants, track legislation and regulation, represent Pew with officials and coalitions, produce campaign materials, and collaborate with internal teams to execute advocacy that achieves power-sector decarbonization outcomes.

Support and implement Western Australia protected-area campaigns, coordinating strategy, stakeholder and government engagement, media and communications. Track and report progress, prepare briefings, build partnerships with Traditional Owners and stakeholders, and support alliance activation. Manage multiple priorities within a small team to deliver measurable conservation outcomes by 2030.

Manage a portfolio of fundraising prospects for Government Performance, Philadelphia projects, and Scientific Advancement. Build deep relationships with program teams and donors, develop proposals and stewardship plans, collaborate with research and portfolio colleagues, track activity in Salesforce and PeopleSoft, and support team process improvements to secure major gifts.

Support program budgeting and financial operations including journal entries, budget uploads, reconciliations, forecasting, donor reporting, cash transfers, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and process improvements while liaising with program staff and the Pew Research Center.

Lead development and execution of research, policy translation, stakeholder engagement, and convenings to advance Philadelphia-focused policy solutions—especially fiscal health, economic advancement, housing, and workforce pathways. Produce analyses, presentations, web content, and maintain relationships with policymakers, partners, and stakeholders to drive policy adoption and impact.

Lead and support state-focused outreach and advocacy for quality non-degree credential policy. Conduct research translation, build relationships with state officials and regulators, design messaging, manage contractors and convenings, monitor state policy changes, and advise project leadership on strategy.

Lead security operations and governance for cloud and hybrid environments, manage incident response and vulnerability programs, partner with legal and business stakeholders on risk, build and coach a security team, and provide executive-level cybersecurity guidance.

Advance federal policy to reduce exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals by researching policy issues, engaging agencies and Congress, preparing materials, supporting stakeholder events, and providing project management and coordination across teams.

Provide policy and political research, drafting, and briefing support to the SVP; lead and project-manage strategic internal and external initiatives; prepare presentations and talking points; coordinate with programmatic teams and represent GR in cross-team meetings to advance Pew’s nonpartisan policy objectives at federal, state, and international levels.
