Provides senior-level administrative and operational support to multiple executives and teams. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, presentations, deadlines, project trackers, team events, shared resources, and stakeholder communications. The role supports cross-functional coordination, maintains efficient unit operations, and handles competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment.

Supports broadband access and affordability research through data collection, analysis, writing, publication management, quality control, policy monitoring, and presentation of findings. The role also coordinates with grantees, monitors research agreements and deliverables, contributes to communications and outreach, and develops expertise in broadband policy and digital equity. Occasional domestic travel to meetings and conferences is required.

Advances state-level policies and regulations to reduce exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. Develops and executes multi-state campaign strategies, tracks policy proposals, drafts public comments, builds stakeholder coalitions, coordinates contractors and research partners, and aligns state and federal policy efforts. The role also develops public messaging, provides technical assistance, represents the project to decision-makers, and synthesizes research to support evidence-based, nonpartisan policy recommendations.
