Manage day-to-day operations at a regional distribution centre, including stock management, team leadership, safety, material-handling equipment, pallet controls, productivity, recruitment support, employee training, and warehouse efficiency improvements. The role also contributes to national supply chain projects and promotes teamwork, operational consistency, and process enhancement.

Lead a portfolio of retail stores to drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence. Coach and develop store leaders, manage P&L, inventory, compliance, WH&S, and implement regional initiatives to improve performance and engagement.

Coordinate daily transport operations across retail, warehouse, and distribution sites. Support NHVR, Chain of Responsibility, and fatigue-management compliance; coordinate vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance, driver inductions, and contractor compliance. Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions while monitoring procedures and performance. Prepare reports, track actions, identify risks, and support continuous improvement in partnership with transport, warehouse, retail, and safety teams.
