Lead a portfolio of retail stores to drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence. Coach and develop store leaders, manage P&L, inventory, compliance, WH&S, and implement regional initiatives to improve performance and engagement.

Provides hands-on HR partnership across Australia and New Zealand, coaching managers, advising on employee relations, policies, legislation, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Support NHVR, Chain of Responsibility, and fatigue-management compliance; coordinate vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance, driver inductions, and contractor compliance. Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions while monitoring procedures and performance. Prepare reports, track actions, identify risks, and support continuous improvement in partnership with transport, warehouse, retail, and safety teams.

Leads end-to-end, customer-focused marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Manages campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring on-brand execution. Analyzes campaign performance, conducts post-campaign reviews, and uses insights to improve future return on investment. Supports initiatives for Petstock Foundation, Petstock Vet, and Services & Partnerships.

Manage storeroom operations, including receiving deliveries, processing orders, stocktakes, inventory control, cleaning, organization, and replenishment. Check orders for accuracy, maintain store presentation, support customer service and sales transactions, educate customers about pet products, meet sales targets, and contribute to a safe, supportive store culture.

Own and execute category strategy to drive performance and meet KPIs. Manage ranges, pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, product sourcing, and system product setup. Coordinate cross-team communications and build supplier partnerships to deliver commercial growth for the pet category.

Lead and support a portfolio of stores to deliver exceptional customer service, sales growth and operational excellence. Coach and develop Store Managers, drive recruitment, inventory and loss-prevention activities, analyze market opportunities, prepare reporting, and champion safety and animal care standards across the region.

Partner with business leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Provide monthly reporting and commentary, evaluate investments and strategic initiatives, and translate financial insights into commercial recommendations to improve profitability across a multi-entity organisation.

Support and grow a portfolio of exclusive pet brands by developing brand assets and campaigns, coordinating communications across digital, retail, events, and internal channels, managing packaging refreshes and NPD projects, overseeing photography and content production, maintaining brand guidelines, monitoring consumer feedback, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and growth.
