Lead a portfolio of retail stores to drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence. Coach and develop store leaders, manage P&L, inventory, compliance, WH&S, and implement regional initiatives to improve performance and engagement.

Provides hands-on HR partnership across Australia and New Zealand, coaching managers, advising on employee relations, policies, legislation, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Drives performance, succession planning, learning and development, change management, HR reporting, and strategic people initiatives while collaborating with the broader HR team.

Provide application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi ERP and related business systems. Investigate and resolve user requests, monitor integrations, assist with testing and deployments, document solutions, create training materials, and identify system improvements with technical and business stakeholders.
