Support product and project management teams for digital initiatives by assisting with planning, scheduling, backlog management, status reporting, meeting coordination, basic feature and market research, and maintaining project documentation and compliance records.

Support warehouse operations by analyzing operational data, creating reports/dashboards to identify improvements, conducting HSE walkabouts and tracking corrective actions, and developing/testing an AI-enabled warehouse digital twin prototype to enhance inventory visibility, space utilisation, and efficiency.

Support HSE operations and assurance for upstream Malaysia assets by planning performance activities, analyzing HSE data, and producing business reports to ensure regulatory compliance.

Support cross-functional project coordination, documentation, and digitalization for non-linear trading. Assist with project schedules, BRDs, stakeholder requirements gathering, data collection, analysis, and preparation of dashboards and management reports to inform program governance.

Support development and maintenance of internal web portal and existing digital applications; assist with model support and related digital-application tasks under supervision.

Support HSE & Sustainability team by conducting research, capturing data, attending meetings and taking minutes, assisting supervisors with assigned tasks, and contributing to current campaigns and upcoming projects.

Support planning and supervise plant turnaround activities; analyze contractor productivity and performance; participate in piping and structural integrity assessments and evaluate repair methods for findings.

Support enhancement of PETRONAS digital solutions by assisting user research, gathering feedback, creating wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes, supporting usability testing, maintaining design consistency and documentation, and collaborating with product owners, developers, and business users.

Assist internal audit teams with preparatory and administrative tasks during audit planning and fieldwork; compile and organize basic audit data and evidence; support departmental coordination, meetings, materials, and internal communications.
