Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated HR reports, support data visualization and business reporting, track HSE training management, and assist HR business partners with daily activities and program requirements.

Supports operations monitoring, KPI reporting, service analytics, SOP and knowledge-base maintenance, governance and UAT documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support GHSE Reporting team by developing digital learning materials, reviewing internal procedures, performing QA/QC activities, and providing administrative and logistics support for the PETRONAS Integrated Report 2026. Open to students in Information Technology or related fields.

Supports upstream finance and risk activities by preparing OPEX and CAPEX reports, reviewing and distributing figures to planners, creating performance-reporting presentations for leadership meetings, managing meeting invitations, and recording and disseminating meeting minutes.

Support rotating equipment data compilation and basic analysis, review and document maintenance records, prepare reports and presentations, join site visits and maintenance activities (subject to HSE), assist HSE documentation and compliance tracking, perform multimedia tasks, and use advanced Excel and programming skills to develop or enhance web-based tools.

Support the technical support team on process technology tasks, including TA-related activities, technical calculations and assignments, data monitoring and consolidation, and participating in department/section activities and events.

Supports HSE and occupational health data analysis, visualization, dashboard development, data cleansing, validation, trend analysis, automation, and digitalization initiatives. The intern will help develop analytical tools for operational decision-making and support Power BI, Power Apps, and other data management projects.

Support the OEf team by developing digital tools using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform, help design communications with PowerPoint and Canva, and assist extracting annual KPBI data and tracking KPIs in the HOP Scorecard.

Support Turnaround 2026 activities by maintaining inspection findings databases, monitoring daily progress, preparing post-startup technical reports, and documenting lessons learned and best practices. Perform basic engineering calculations and process monitoring, including heat-duty checks, hydraulic calculations, mass balances, process trending, and analysis. Develop databases for treating projects using SCORE and ARTHUR. Open to Chemical Engineering and related-field students.

Supports olefins and derivatives marketing through market intelligence, trade and commercial documentation, Power BI dashboard updates, logistics cost analysis, sales and supply coordination, compliance reporting, contract performance tracking, sustainability initiatives, competitor research, and management presentation preparation. The role also assists with billing reviews, internal communications, meetings, and departmental engagement activities.

Supports greenhouse gas emissions data analysis, decarbonization strategies, sustainability audits, performance indicator reviews, climate mitigation research, stakeholder reporting, meeting documentation, and cross-functional sustainability integration.

Develops Power Automate solutions for maintenance tracking, reminders, notifications, reporting, and Rewards & Recognition workflows. Assists the Training Coordinator with maintaining the compulsory HSE module tracker, monitoring completion, updating records, and following up on outstanding training. The role focuses on reducing manual work, improving data accuracy, and increasing process efficiency within the Maintenance and training functions.

Internship scheduled to begin in July 2026 and continue through the assigned internship duration. No additional responsibilities or qualifications are provided.

Support the project lead in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and milestones; document and map critical processes (education partnerships, sponsorship management, TVET initiatives, programme implementation, student management); coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Develop databases and data visualizations, provide secretarial support for LCX and P&C meetings and engagements, and administer program cost tracking and OEMS activities.
