Support the digital team by conducting research, capturing and organizing data, attending meetings and taking minutes, assisting with projects and marketing campaigns, and performing tasks assigned by supervisors.

Support the Strategic Research team by turning foresight insights into engaging multimedia content (podcasts, visual storytelling, digital communications) to amplify thought leadership and experiment with new audience engagement channels.

Support engineers in front-end loading (FEL) studies for Field and Area Development Plans by assisting scope definition, cost and schedule estimation, risk identification, and value-improvement analyses to optimize cost, schedule, safety, and environmental outcomes.

Support Process Safety and HSE teams on projects, compliance, and risk management. Assist with hazard identification, risk assessments, and monitoring process safety performance to help maintain safe operations.

Support CMD's priority carbon-management tasks and help build internal capability across carbon markets and monetisation, carbon pricing instruments, carbon accounting for CCS/CCUS and upstream operations, and regional/global policy and regulatory benchmarking.

Support chartering team with voyage estimates, TCE calculations, vessel positioning, and cargo scheduling. Maintain chartering databases, prepare fixture summaries and reports, coordinate with internal teams and external brokers/agents, and perform ad-hoc tasks while following company policies and HSSE rules.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the department: assist program execution with problem solving, gather information and media updates, collaborate on reports and presentations, and support facilitation and documentation tasks.

Support laboratory sample preparation and routine testing of raw materials, process, product, utility, and environmental samples. Assist with equipment checks, reagent and standard preparation, data recording, and documentation. Participate in laboratory HSE activities including chemical inventory, SDS and label verification, storage inspections, waste management, and improvement projects.

Assist the Counterparty & Credit Risk Management team in monitoring and analyzing credit exposures while supporting daily operations and reporting.

Support R&D by executing laboratory experiments and pilot plant operations, track and report project progress, and assist with techno-economic analyses and feasibility studies for new technologies.

Support the Digital Customer Experience team by assisting with digital campaign creation and rollout, content review and QA, meeting preparation and minutes, day-to-day digital platform operations, and tracking coordination across digital workstreams.

Support IT/CS team by performing technology screening, conducting desktop reviews, and developing presentation materials to summarize findings.

Support drilling and well operations by producing daily geological/drilling reports, maintaining and updating the well log database using well-log software, and tracking well progress, costs, and Non-Productive Time (NPT).

Support production enhancement and process optimization by gathering, compiling, and analysing oil and gas production data; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and assurance reviews; maintain operational records, trackers, and digital platforms.

Support innovation advisory and corporate strategy by creating communications and performance dashboards, tracking project progress, consolidating and analyzing portfolio performance, and assisting reporting for Innovation P4R 2027 activities.
