Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, providing management insights and recommendations. Support budget transfers, supplementary budget requests, and budgetary controls while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and approval limits. Supports Electrical Engineers with CAPEX projects at onshore terminals, power system simulation studies, engineering database maintenance, and electrical focal activities. Assists with protection relay and Ex equipment databases, REAC meetings, chargeman assessments, HSE initiatives, and department events. The internship includes occasional onshore facility visits and offers practical exposure to upstream electrical engineering operations. Proficiency with AI tools is an advantage.

Prepare purchase order information, verify accrual submissions, create and post journal vouchers, support monthly management accounts and reports, analyze accounts, and manage WBS and cost center creation, updates, and capitalization requests through Process Director.

The internship provides exposure to PETRONAS PPMS and DEMM manuals, as well as API, ISO, and ASME standards.
