Investigate escalated PETRONAS Gift Card disputes, analyze cases, provide first-level resolutions, process adjustments and chargebacks within SLA, assist with customer gift card orders, and support onboarding to the PETRONAS Gift Card Platform.

Support rotating equipment data compilation and basic analysis, review and document maintenance records, prepare reports and presentations, join site visits and maintenance activities (subject to HSE), assist HSE documentation and compliance tracking, perform multimedia tasks, and use advanced Excel and programming skills to develop or enhance web-based tools.

Develop and train an AI agent for machinery control, compile machinery-control databases, enhance the Instrument Proactive Monitoring dashboard, review critical warehouse stock, and support machinery-control engineers with daily activities.
