Supports creator and influencer programs across TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce platforms. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing creators, coordinating sampling and product seeding, supporting campaigns and live events, managing creator communities, tracking affiliate performance and campaign KPIs, and reporting results. The role partners with marketing, social, and sales teams to drive brand awareness, retail growth, and direct-to-consumer sales.

Manage day-to-day HR operations (attendance, leave, onboarding, employee queries), maintain HRIS data, and build automated workflows across HR systems. Audit HR processes, design and deploy multi-step automations using no-code/low-code tools and LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT), set up triggers/webhooks, and generate automated HR metrics dashboards. Serve as primary admin for HR tools and collaborate with IT to ensure integrations and data privacy.

Serve as primary client contact and lead creative projects from brief to delivery. Manage client communication, create actionable ClickUp tasks, provide creative direction and feedback to designers, proof deliverables, enforce file organization and timelines, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
