Diagnoses, inspects, and repairs Toyota vehicle systems; communicates with service advisors; completes repair documentation; performs warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications; and participates in ongoing Toyota and company training.

Engages with online vehicle-buying customers, responds to digital leads, guides vehicle selection and purchases, and collaborates with sales, finance, and service teams. Maintains knowledge of inventory, promotions, and pricing while using CRM tools to track leads, manage customer information, and conduct follow-up. Delivers professional customer service through digital channels and manages multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Performs oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, lubrication, filter replacements, tire balancing, multipoint inspections, and light automotive maintenance. Identifies additional repairs and communicates findings to service consultants. Provides friendly customer service, follows safety procedures, and maintains compliance with company policies. Requires at least one year of automotive service experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, basic computer skills, effective communication, teamwork, and successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicles, explain vehicle features, negotiate pricing and financing, complete sales paperwork, finalize transactions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, automotive knowledge, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license.
