Own Petal’s go-to-market operating model across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and technical systems. Responsibilities include opportunity processes, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, performance reporting, Salesforce governance, customer and product data governance, GTM systems strategy, vendor management, and cross-functional roadmap leadership. The role manages the GTM Systems team and ensures scalable processes support B2B, B2G, B2C, PLG, and lifecycle-driven revenue motions.

The Billing & Revenue Operations Lead is responsible for optimizing billing and invoicing processes, ensuring billing accuracy, coordinating financial operations, and collaborating across departments in a SaaS environment.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Petal's healthcare software for clinics and hospitals across Canada. Manage project plans, configure complex business rules, train users, troubleshoot, drive adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze data (Power BI), and mitigate risks to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives and customer satisfaction.

Lead an 8-12 person multidisciplinary software delivery team, own delivery execution, align with Product and Architecture, remove blockers, coach engineers, track quality and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement and AI adoption while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Design and define scalable, secure, cloud-native platform services and reusable APIs. Drive architecture in Sprint 0, document technical decisions, mentor technical leads, support implementation, and establish standards, governance, and DevOps practices to enable multiple product teams to build reliably at scale.
