Build, deploy, test, and optimize email and SMS campaigns, customer journeys, automations, audience segments, and lifecycle marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive. Use SQL and campaign data to support targeting, reporting, troubleshooting, and personalization. Ensure quality, deliverability, rendering, privacy, and CAN-SPAM compliance while collaborating with creative, analytics, business teams, and vendors.

Develops and delivers instructor-led and e-learning training for store and corporate teams. Creates course materials, collaborates with subject matter experts, coordinates training events, manages schedules and records, tracks completion, and oversees training administration and reporting. Requires strong facilitation, communication, organization, instructional design, adult learning, LMS, and e-learning skills.

Provides part-time front desk and administrative support at company headquarters. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail and packages, filing, data entry, office organization, conference room maintenance, local deliveries, and backup reception coverage. Requires strong organization, communication, dependability, customer service, basic office software proficiency, ability to lift 40 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Oversee day-to-day inbound operations, including staffing, workflow prioritization, productivity, volume, quality, and KPI performance. Lead supply chain functions, corrective actions, continuous improvement, facility layout changes, safety compliance, and cost efficiency. Manage employee development and operational standards while supporting Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, AIB, and OSHA requirements.

Supervise 20–25 warehouse team members and oversee replenishment, put-away, cage-item handling, labor planning, and daily assignments. Ensure service-level performance, safety, housekeeping, SOP adherence, shift handoffs, and cost control. Coach employees, balance labor across departments, support continuous improvement using 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma, and recommend facility layout changes. Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.
