Performs month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting support, and accounting assistance. The role coordinates with auditors, supports stores and franchisees, maintains internal controls, and contributes to process-improvement and IT initiatives. It requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and may rotate across areas such as store margins, expenses, inventory, and fixed assets.

Build, deploy, test, and optimize email and SMS campaigns, customer journeys, automations, audience segments, and lifecycle marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive. Use SQL and campaign data to support targeting, reporting, troubleshooting, and personalization. Ensure quality, deliverability, rendering, privacy, and CAN-SPAM compliance while collaborating with creative, analytics, business teams, and vendors.

Develops and delivers instructor-led and e-learning training for store and corporate teams. Creates course materials, collaborates with subject matter experts, coordinates training events, manages schedules and records, tracks completion, and oversees training administration and reporting. Requires strong facilitation, communication, organization, instructional design, adult learning, LMS, and e-learning skills.
