Lead design and delivery of scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems in Golang for core banking, payments, and multi-currency services. Build microservices, integrate KYC/AML/monitoring, define API standards, partner with SRE/DevOps for observability and uptime, mentor engineers, and evaluate ledger/banking solutions to ensure regulatory-grade reliability and data integrity.

Design, implement and oversee local financial crime risk management framework. Maintain AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, and anti-bribery policies. Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, regulatory filings, and remediation. Produce compliance MI and Board reporting, deliver training, advise business units, and support third-party onboarding and due diligence.

Review and onboard business customers by performing KYB/KYC checks, verifying corporate documentation, conducting sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, assessing AML risk, escalating high-risk cases, maintaining records, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to streamline onboarding and improve processes.

Provide customer support via Intercom and other CRM channels, resolve product and service issues, assist onboarding, maintain accurate records, follow up for resolution, and collaborate with the Customer Success Lead to ensure high-quality service.

Lead and manage the Customer Success team to deliver excellent support, handle escalations, monitor customer health and KPIs, translate feedback to Product and Engineering, drive automation and efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience and regional success strategy.

Design intuitive web and mobile experiences and maintain a scalable design system. Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI while ensuring accessibility and visual consistency. Collaborate with PMs and engineers, iterate from research and data, and advocate design best practices for complex financial workflows.
