Leads business operations transformation during rapid growth. Owns enterprise system implementations, ERP migration, operational metrics, cross-functional special projects, process improvement, and functional transformations. Partners with executives and department leaders to improve scalability, decision-making, adoption, and customer experience. The role is highly hands-on, requiring direct execution of system configuration, data cleanup, process design, AI workflows, and organizational change.

Own retention, renewals, and expansion for approximately 50–75 strategic SaaS accounts. Build executive and user relationships, develop account plans, lead onboarding, resolve customer issues, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Account Executives and Product. The role also involves negotiating contracts, improving account management processes, and sharing customer feedback to guide product improvements.

Build and operate Perry Weather’s first cloud-native data platform, unifying operational databases, SaaS systems, and sensor telemetry. Own architecture, ingestion, modeling, orchestration, testing, reliability, governance, and cost. Create trusted datasets for executive reporting, AI workflows, and customer-facing analytics products. Establish data engineering standards, support data reliability and on-call operations, and collaborate with business leaders. The role requires designing a production lakehouse or warehouse from scratch and setting the foundation for a future data team.
