Leads insurance product design and multidisciplinary consulting projects for property and casualty clients. Reviews insurance laws and regulations, conducts competitive research, drafts insurance forms and product documents, prepares compliance reviews and filing materials, and develops reports and recommendations. Requires substantial experience in property and casualty forms, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.

Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Directs the HR department for two companies and more than 200 employees. Supervises a four-person HR team, oversees recruitment, benefits, employee relations, training, policies, and compliance, and handles employment-related legal inquiries and agency communications. Monitors national and state employment-practice changes while supporting executive initiatives and addressing employee concerns.

Validate and format insurance statistical data feeds for regulatory reporting, run data validation programs, perform financial reconciliations, produce client analysis reports, and support client consultations on edits, coding, and reporting requirements.
