Manage the full contract lifecycle: coordinate reviews and approvals, liaise with external counsel, track versions and contract records, maintain templates, provide stakeholder training, and review counsel invoices.

Lead full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll processing, tax preparation support, and property tax filings. Supervise junior bookkeeping staff and allocate overhead to products/departments while producing financial statements and profitability reports.
