Manage a portfolio of mid-market B2B SaaS customers, monitoring account health, engagement, adoption, risk, and retention. Lead value-focused customer engagements, business reviews, and success planning while building stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with Contract Managers on renewals and expansion opportunities, develop recovery plans for at-risk accounts, maintain CRM records, and use customer insights, automation, and AI-assisted tools to improve engagement and scalable customer success processes.

Supports client onboarding and implementation projects by managing enquiries, processing programme updates, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting issues, escalating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality client experience.

First-line support role handling customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. Troubleshoot common issues (logins, passwords, navigation), escalate complex cases to 2nd line, guide customers on product features, meet KPIs, contribute feedback for product and AI optimisation, and work rotating shifts with hybrid on-site requirements.

Own the marketing operations function across HubSpot automation, Salesforce integration, lead scoring, nurture, attribution, analytics, and funnel performance. Manage demand-generation agencies, campaign strategy, reporting, pipeline targets, budget tracking, and vendor relationships. Diagnose funnel and data-quality issues, improve conversion rates, and provide leadership with channel ROI and MQL-to-SQL insights. The role requires strategic judgment, hands-on systems expertise, and management of multiple concurrent workstreams.

Build and own end-to-end features using Go, React, and TypeScript. Develop scalable Go microservices, reusable frontend components, and integrations through gRPC and REST APIs. Design and optimize DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL solutions, implement event-driven systems, write automated tests, improve frontend performance, and operate AI-backed features. Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions while delivering high-quality software in a remote Bulgaria-based environment.

Lead backend architecture and development for Ruby on Rails services, build secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs, design scalable AWS-based solutions, improve performance and deployment pipelines, embed security/compliance (ISO27001/SOC2), mentor engineers, and drive incident response and prevention.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance Go microservices; implement gRPC/REST APIs; design schemas and queries for DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL; work with event-driven distributed systems and AWS; write tests; collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to deploy and troubleshoot production services.
