Own the complete bid lifecycle across public and private sectors, from opportunity qualification and bid/no-bid decisions through submission, presentations, negotiations, and contract award. Develop win themes and differentiated responses, manage concurrent timelines, oversee debriefs and pipeline visibility, and engage senior commercial, sales, product, legal, finance, and client stakeholders. Ensure public-sector procurement compliance, support private-sector pricing strategy, and maintain reusable bid content. Apply AI tools and prompt engineering to improve bid management.

Build and own end-to-end features using Go, React, and TypeScript. Develop scalable Go microservices, reusable frontend components, and integrations through gRPC and REST APIs. Design and optimize DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and MySQL solutions, implement event-driven systems, write automated tests, improve frontend performance, and operate AI-backed features. Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions while delivering high-quality software in a remote Bulgaria-based environment.

Own client communications from brief to delivery, writing on-brand copy for product updates, notices, announcements, and engagement campaigns. Build and distribute emails through Braze, HubSpot, or similar platforms, create design assets, manage stock libraries, and fulfill tailored client requests. Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing teams, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high quality. The role requires communications experience, creative design skills, client-facing or B2B experience, and written and design work samples.
