Own Perk’s US and UK PR strategy, building Tier 1 relationships with business and financial media. Lead proactive pitching, crisis communications, corporate narrative development, executive profiling, media training, and translation of AI and technology developments into compelling stories. Manage PR agencies, measure coverage and ROI, and integrate AI tools into research, drafting, monitoring, and reporting. Partner closely with senior leadership, product, engineering, and global communications teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Own the full B2B sales cycle across Growth Markets, from outbound prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage pipeline, develop account strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and position Perk’s travel and spend solutions. Maintain accurate opportunities in Salesforce and Gong, collaborate with SDRs, adapt sales approaches across cultures, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Onboard Premium and Pro customers onto the TravelPerk platform by configuring accounts, gathering requirements, coordinating rollouts, conducting stakeholder training, supporting integrations, and monitoring post-launch adoption. The role manages client and internal stakeholders, provides best-practice recommendations, resolves implementation issues, and continuously improves onboarding processes.
