Lead a senior international team while remaining hands-on building Clay automations, orchestration logic, AI agents, CRM workflows, enrichment systems, and integrations using code. Automate prospecting, selling, and account-management workflows across SDR, AE, and AM teams. Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to translate commercial problems into scalable, measurable technical solutions and establish safe engineering standards.

Drive growth in the Spanish market through outbound phone, email, and social campaigns. Manage end-to-end onboarding for French-market customers, serving as their primary implementation contact. Gather requirements, configure accounts, support integrations, create rollout plans, coordinate internal teams, deliver stakeholder training, troubleshoot issues, and monitor post-launch booking behavior. The role drives change management, platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement while owning implementation timelines, risks, and outcomes.

Develop and maintain dbt-based ELT pipelines, scalable data models, quality tests, documentation, and optimized SQL workflows in cloud data warehouses. Partner with analysts, business users, and data engineers to support reporting needs and platform performance. Build Looker visualizations and promote modern data engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, testing, lineage, automation, and orchestration.

Build and maintain dbt-based ELT pipelines and scalable data models in Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses. Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, lineage, and CI/CD practices. Optimize SQL queries and warehouse performance, develop Looker visualizations, and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users. Champion modern data-stack adoption, with preferred experience in Python, semantic layers, Airflow, and software engineering practices for data.
