Perform routine and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, complete work orders, assist with projects and installations, respond to emergencies and guest requests, and maintain safety and brand standards.

Keep public spaces guest-ready by cleaning lobbies/corridors, distributing linens and supplies, supporting room attendants and event setups, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety and documentation procedures.

Manage front desk operations including check-in/out, billing, cash controls, and night audit. Lead, train, and schedule front office staff; ensure guest satisfaction, SOP compliance, revenue integrity, and coordination with housekeeping/engineering. Serve as property lead for PMS/POS systems and uphold PCI, ADA, and safety policies.

Lead financial and accounting functions for real estate development, hotel, retail, and joint ventures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, GAAP/USALI financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, month/year-end close, accounts functions, JV accounting and waterfall distributions, and deliver leadership, dashboards, and audit-ready results to support executive decision-making.

Supervise stewarding staff and support culinary operations by maintaining dishroom, storage, and utility areas. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and assist kitchen, banquet, and buffet teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.
