Keeps kitchen and service areas clean, safe, and stocked by washing and sanitizing wares, maintaining dish and prep areas, managing waste, monitoring supplies, supporting banquet setups, and cleaning equipment. Follows food safety, OSHA, SDS, PPE, and sanitation procedures while assisting with receiving, basic prep, and equipment movement as directed.

Supervise hotel front desk operations during assigned shifts, including staff coverage, guest service recovery, VIP support, billing and cash controls, room-readiness coordination, training, reporting, and compliance. Operate PMS, POS, and payment systems; manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and shift handoffs. Support housekeeping, engineering, night audit, concierge duties, special events, and Manager-on-Duty coverage while maintaining secure key control and excellent guest experiences.

Manages Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring SOP compliance, guest service quality, staffing, training, recruiting, room readiness, inventory control, and effective hotel operations. Coordinates arrivals, departures, guest preferences, Bonvoy services, special arrangements, and team communication. Oversees housekeeping standards while assisting with room preparation and other hotel functions as operational needs require.

Supervise stewarding staff and support culinary operations by maintaining dishroom, storage, and utility areas. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and assist kitchen, banquet, and buffet teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, complete work orders, assist with projects and installations, respond to emergencies and guest requests, and maintain safety and brand standards.
