Lead financial and accounting functions for real estate development, hotel, retail, and joint ventures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, GAAP/USALI financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, month/year-end close, accounts functions, JV accounting and waterfall distributions, and deliver leadership, dashboards, and audit-ready results to support executive decision-making.

Supervise stewarding staff and support culinary operations by maintaining dishroom, storage, and utility areas. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and assist kitchen, banquet, and buffet teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa and general property systems; manage service contracts, inspections, and maintenance staff; respond to guest requests and maintain building exterior and safety compliance.

Manage preconstruction activities—procurement, estimating, contract negotiations, scheduling, permitting, constructability reviews—and support construction oversight, progress reporting, change order review, risk mitigation, and project closeout for large-scale residential, mixed-use, and lifestyle developments.
