Drives group and corporate/transient hotel revenue through prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, contract negotiation, and account management. Manages RFPs, site tours, forecasting, reporting, rate coordination, CRM hygiene, and client relationships. Collaborates with Revenue, Events, Marketing, and Reservations to protect margins, deliver successful programs, and generate repeat business. Represents the property at client events, industry functions, and familiarization trips.

Leads real estate acquisition and development opportunities from sourcing and underwriting through capitalization, negotiation, closing, and execution. Responsibilities include financial modeling, market and zoning analysis, business planning, debt and equity structuring, due diligence, transaction management, and relationship development with brokers, owners, lenders, and capital partners.

Supports month-end and quarterly close by preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, maintaining ledgers, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, analyzing variances, and producing US GAAP-compliant reports. The role also uses ERP and reporting tools to improve accounting workflows, automate processes, and strengthen data quality.
