Develop product positioning, messaging, technical content, presentations, demos, and go-to-market strategies for AI-powered semi-humanoid robotics. Collaborate with engineering, product, leadership, and business development teams to translate complex hardware and software capabilities into customer value propositions. Conduct market and competitor research, track industry trends, support sales enablement, and drive brand guidelines. Create technical decks, whitepapers, articles, case studies, videos, and event materials.

Develop and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for dual-arm humanoid robots, build scalable real-time software, test on simulations and physical robots, diagnose cross-domain issues, and deploy systems for industrial manipulation.

Lead day-to-day shop floor manufacturing and assembly operations, plan production, define and document process flows, coordinate in-house and vendor production, resolve manufacturing issues through root-cause analysis, and supervise the Planning Engineering team to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective production.

Design and develop electronics and firmware for industrial humanoid robots: system-level decisions, schematic capture, PCB design, component selection, control algorithm development, embedded C firmware, testing, and production scale-up.

Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML systems for robotic perception and control: research and build CV modules, train and benchmark models, prototype in simulation, transfer to real robots, create preprocessing/postprocessing pipelines in Python/C/C++, and optimize for real-time edge deployment.

Design and develop mechanical systems across NPD: concept, CAD, FEA, prototyping, testing, DFM, manufacturing and production scale-up. Collaborate with SCM, manufacturing and vendors and mentor/guide a team to deliver robotic hardware to production quality.

Design and implement the robot vision processing pipeline including high-frame-rate acquisition, sensor fusion, image enhancement, segmentation, pose estimation, tracking, and AI/ML modules to enable dexterous robotic tasks.
