Lead day-to-day shop floor manufacturing and assembly operations, plan production, define and document process flows, coordinate in-house and vendor production, resolve manufacturing issues through root-cause analysis, and supervise the Planning Engineering team to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective production.

Design and develop mechanical systems across NPD: concept, CAD, FEA, prototyping, testing, DFM, manufacturing and production scale-up. Collaborate with SCM, manufacturing and vendors and mentor/guide a team to deliver robotic hardware to production quality.

Design and implement the robot vision processing pipeline including high-frame-rate acquisition, sensor fusion, image enhancement, segmentation, pose estimation, tracking, and AI/ML modules to enable dexterous robotic tasks.
